Goodbye party

Fun Posted on 2006-12-29 20:50

Yesterday I held my goodbye party. I’m going to miss you guys! I had lots of fun. I hope you enjoyed it too! I think that I’m going to try out the rc helicopter out my window today or tomorrow, see how long it’s going to last 😉 I was surprised the toy didnt break down after all we did to it!

Beneden zijn wat photos als aandenken.

When I’m gone, I hope to stay in contact with you on msn, skype or whatever! 😀

A room in Canberra!

Travel Posted on 2006-12-29 20:31

I only recently managed to get a room in Canberra but this ones very pleasing! The room is in a house which I’ll share with 3 other mates. There is internet, which is great! Also it’s only 15 minute walk to ANU, the university campus. When I’m there I’ll remind myself to post the address here so you can send me lots of mail 😉 Below are some pics which were kindly given to me. The bed in the room in the last two photos is taken though, unfortunately 😉 I’m still working on getting a visa but a medical examination is a must and that’s holding things up atm. It could be still up to 4 weeks before it’s arranged. I hope it wont take that long! The sooner I’m there, the sooner I can start my PhD. I’ve been wasting my time for long enough now 😉
